The terms and conditions
When purchasing a puppy for us you must accept that you will be allocated the puppy that is most suitable for your home and your requirements you will not get to choose a puppy.
The selection process is not without input from you and it is the perfect way for you to ensure that you receive the dog that both looks and is most suitable in nature for what you require.
For us it helps us ensure that the correct puppy goes to the correct home and reduces the risk of failed pairings and dogs needing rehoming.
As all puppies are fully vet checked prior to homing we know they are healthy when they leave, unless this has been previously discussed with you, however we do offer a 10 day refund guarantee that should a congenital health condition be diagnosed by a veterinary surgeon within the first 10 days of ownership the puppy can be returned to us for a full refund.
This does of course exclude any accident and illness caused by you.
We do not offer refunds for healthy puppies returned due to your circumstances, you are buying a living animal and part of your family not a pair of shoes there not sale or return should you be unable to keep your dog and require assistance rehoming them we are happy to assist you in finding a new home but we are not here to help you recoup your financial outlay our interest is only in the welfare of the dog.
