## Simplifying Paperwork for Puppy Adoption

Moving with the times means transitioning some of our paperwork online. This change will make the adoption process smoother and more efficient for everyone involved.

Reservation Forms

Our reservation forms are now available online. This allows prospective owners to fill them out conveniently from home. Once completed, a PDF version will be sent to the applicant for future reference. This ensures that all necessary information is easily accessible.

Puppy Sales Contracts

Puppy sales contracts will also be completed online. However, we will still provide a signed paper copy in your Puppy pack. This way, you have both digital and physical records of your agreement.

Sales Receipts

Sales receipts will now be sent online via email. Additionally, you will receive a clickable link for easy access. This change aims to streamline communication and keep everything organized.

## Pricing Updates for Our Puppies

We have always maintained competitive pricing for our puppies. Unlike many breeders who took advantage of the inflated £4000 prices during the Covid pandemic, our prices remain the same as they were pre-Covid. However, over the last five years, our costs have increased significantly.

Rising Costs

For example, our dog food prices have risen by approximately 26% during this period. Licensing fees have surged by 40%, and the Kennel Club registration fee has increased by £7 per puppy since January 2025. These rising costs affect our ability to keep prices stable.

Upcoming Price Increase

As a result, we will implement a 10% price increase starting this year. This increase will apply to all new customers joining the waiting list. However, for those already on the waiting list, we will honor the prices originally agreed upon. You will not be subject to this price increase unless you choose to defer to a later litter than originally agreed. In that case, the new pricing will apply.

## Waiting List Details

We will continue to operate a waiting list, which is typically about 12 months in advance. Starting next year, the joining fee will be set at £200.00. This fee is payable upon joining our waiting list and helps ensure that we have genuine, vetted owners waiting for our puppies. We want to avoid a long list of people who have signed up with multiple breeders.

Joining Fee Information

The joining fee is deductible from the overall cost of your puppy. However, it is nonrefundable if you decide to withdraw from the waiting list. If we cannot provide you with a puppy within the agreed timeframe, you will have the option to receive a refund of your joining fee if you wish.
